Why OpsPulse Exists
OpsPulse came out of five years spent in quality engineering and lean operations in the medical device industry, where my job was finding friction in operational flow and engineering waste out of multi-billion dollar manufacturing systems. That same skill set, paired with an MBA that taught me to translate operations into the financial language owners actually use, is what I bring to every med spa I work with.
Most practices focus on getting more clients but never see how much revenue is leaving from the ones they already have. The disciplines I spent years applying to manufacturing lines apply directly to a med spa operation. Appointment flow, provider utilization, patient drop-off, scheduling efficiency, service mix economics.
